Do you deliver?
Yes we do, we offer a free delivery service within 5 mile of the shop, minimum spend of £20 applies, if you live within a 5 - 10 mile radius of the shop, delivery is £1.99
Do you take card?
Yes, we take and prefer card payment, along with BACS, and we also accept Cash
Do you offer NHS Discount
Unfortunatly we dont, we believe that the pricing on our products are good value as they are
Do you offer gift voucher?
yes we do, these can be purchases online, or instore
Why dont you stay open longer?
we have tried this many times and it just isnt a viable option, there is no footfall after 2pm on the highstreet, we would love to stay open for longer if it was viable
Do you sell bones?
We do not cut from carcass, so we dont have any bones on side. To keep cost low and pass savings onto our customer we cut from primal meat, what this means is that all we have to do is work our magic, trim it up and make it luck pretty, less work, less cost, more savings for you as a customer
When can i place an order for Christmas
our Christmas saving book runs all year round for you to save money, we release out hampers at end of september, anything on the Christmas savings club can be transfers onto this, please not that atleast 2 weeks notice is required before the hamper to due to be offered a full refund, all deposits are none refundable.
How do you deals work?
Daily specials are for that day only, so be fast? give us a call, or drop us a message to arrange a delivery or collection on that day, our weekly deals run until Saturday, these cant be ordered for the follwing week.
